How to use?
Burn your Smudge stick by lighting one end and then blowing out the flames & let the smoke permeate & cleanse. Waft the smoke with a feather or your hand so that the smoke cleanses the entire room. While doing this set the intention of what you are wanting to achieve from smudging your space or aura. Once done put our smudge stick and place in a fire proof dish, to store until next use.

Hold your items steadily & allow the smoke from your smudge stick waft over your item while you focus on your intention until your item becomes still.
